Around 16:30 on March 15, 2012, he/she embezzled the victim’s resident registration certificate that the victim B lost before the Gangnam-gu Seoul Seocho-gu distribution office, Seocho-gu, Seoul, obtained at least one copy of the victim’s resident registration certificate and returned it to the victim, without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring the victim’s resident registration certificate and returning it to the victim.
