A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 13, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special injury, etc. by the Seoul Northern District Court and appealed, and is currently pending in the second trial at the Seoul High Court.
