Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates M in Jeonyang-gun L.

1. When a worker dies or retires, he/she shall pay the wages, compensations, and all other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred;

The Defendant did not pay KRW 4,038,150, total of KRW 80,00 on December 18, 2013 to workers N who worked from June 18, 2012 to December 2, 2013; KRW 1,273,750 on September 1, 2013; KRW 1,273,750 on October 2013; KRW 1,052,010 on November 2, 2013; and KRW 4,038,150 on December 8, 2013, within 14 days from the date of retirement without extending the due date by an agreement between the parties.

In addition, the Defendant did not pay 10,832,280 won, such as wages, etc., of three workers from that time to December 2, 2013, within 14 days from the date of retirement without extending the due date by an agreement between the parties.

B.
