A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 5, 2014, at around 14:10, the Defendant driven a EX-cell vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of a bus terminal located in the new Dong-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, to the front side of about 5km from the 229km-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu to the front side of 229 kilometers-gu.
