Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s main store business by force, such as a 30-minute 22:00 p.m., where the victim C operated on the first floor of Seongbuk-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seongbuk-gu B, and where the victim was urged to use female customers and return home, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s main store business by force.

2. The Defendant, who interfered with the performance of official duties, is given priority to ask questions about the circumstances of the instant case from the Chief F (30 years old) of the police box belonging to the Changwon Police Station E (37 years old) and G (37 years old) of the police box assigned to the site after receiving a report from 112 that he gets disturbed at the scene, at the same time and place as mentioned in the above paragraph (1).
