The grounds for appeal by the plaintiffs do not differ from the allegations in the first instance court, and even if the evidence submitted by the plaintiffs to the first instance court is the witness D's testimony examined by this court, the fact-finding and decision in the first instance court can be recognized as legitimate.

Therefore, the reasoning of the judgment of this court is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance.

Therefore, the judgment of the first instance is legitimate, and all appeals by the plaintiffs are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
