Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Anyone who intends to operate a sports facility business shall report to the Mayor, etc. by furnishing the facilities meeting the standards for facilities prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not report to the Mayor, etc., and operated the sports facility business by operating a sledding room from the end of December 2013 to the end of January 2014.
