A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2020, from around 07:07 to around 07:24 of the same day, the Defendant reported falsely to the fire-fighting officer in the name of the Defendant that he was “C” located in Samdong-si from around 07:07 to around 07:24 of the same day, and that the fact was not planned to leave the fire, the Defendant called the 119 Safety Report Center to the 119 Safety Report Center to the effect that “it is being prepared to leave the house, there is people in the house, and there is a person in the house, and that he will cause the death and damage of gas,” and the Defendant interfered with legitimate performance of duties concerning the dispatch of the fire-fighting officer at the scene and the dispatch of the police officer at the scene of the crime by using a deceptive fire-fighting unit, 119 commander, 6 fire-fighting officers, 6 police officers, and 9 police officers.
