Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 19, 2014, at the D convenience store located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C, the Defendant reported the victim E (the 25 years of age) (the son) who is E (the son) at the D convenience store located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C, and caused the victim to have his left hand and to prevent the victim from getting off with his left hand, and committed an indecent act by force on two occasions.
