A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person driving ready-mixed, and the victim C (the age of 60) and D came to know through the sponsor, and from June 2013, the Defendant was living together with D’s house located in the reasonable district E of the Cheongju-si from June 2013, and was hedging around February 2014.

On March 2, 2014, at around 07:00, the victim laid a tool to the above D's house, and found and tried to catch the defendant by cutting down that the defendant was coming to the inside bank. D sprinking the victim's spherb to prevent the defendant from coming to the inside bank, and then pushing the victim's spherb from following the victim's back to two arms. During that process, the victim spherbed the defendant's hand, and sphered the victim's left part, and sphered the victim's 4th hand that the victim sphered with his/her shoulder part to the defendant's left part, and sphered the victim's hand.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collaboration with D, put up a ground for mination of 4 balance of water that requires approximately eight weeks of treatment to the right side of the victim.

It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
