1. Medical treatment performed by the Plaintiff to the Defendant B from July 12, 2016 to May 18, 2018 at the E Hospital located in Bocheon-si D.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a legal entity that establishes and operates an E Hospital (hereinafter “Plaintiff Hospital”); Defendant B was hospitalized in the Plaintiff Hospital from July 12, 2016 to May 18, 2018; Defendant C is the mother of Defendant B.

B.
