The Plaintiff
A. Defendant B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, and J are described in the column of “shares” in the attached Table among the real estate listed in the attached list.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On November 29, 2009, the Plaintiff clan held an extraordinary general meeting and passed a resolution to sell the real estate listed in the attached list owned by the Plaintiff clan (hereinafter “instant real estate”) and the land of 12,396 square meters in the wife population M and forest, N forest and forest 298 square meters (hereinafter “instant resolution”).
B. However, on November 10, 201, the Plaintiff’s clansO et al. filed a lawsuit against the Plaintiff seeking confirmation of invalidity of the instant resolution and received a judgment (which confirmed that the instant resolution is null and void) that “the instant resolution was null and void,” and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 24, 2012.
C. At the time of the resolution of the instant case, P, who was the Plaintiff’s president, completed the registration of ownership transfer for the instant land on March 29, 2012, based on Defendant Q Q and 21, in the name of Defendant Q and 21, on February 27, 2012 (hereinafter “each of the instant sales contracts”). Of them, the transfer of shares in the instant case is as follows.

D. 1) R completed the registration of transfer of ownership on April 10, 2012 with respect to the 198/2638/2680 of its shares in the instant real estate to Defendant B on the ground of sale and purchase on April 10, 2012, as the receipt of No. 50714 on April 10, 2012. 2) R completed the registration of transfer of ownership with respect to the 4719/26380 of its shares in the instant land on the ground of trust on June 26, 2012, for the reason that it completed the registration of transfer of ownership on July 6, 2012 as the receipt of No. 96780 on July 6, 2012.
9.3. The registration of ownership transfer has been completed from S on the ground that the above shares were reverted to trust property by the Port Office of port of port of port of port of port of port of port of port of port of port of port of port of port of port.
