A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
The seized butane gas (20 cm x 6.7 cm) 8 (No. 1) shall be the victim C.
Reasons
On December 27, 2012, the defendant and the applicant for medical treatment and custody (hereinafter referred to as "defendants") were sentenced to one year of imprisonment for the violation of the Toxic Chemicals Control Act in the Daegu District Court's resident support on December 27, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 10, 2013.
1. Criminal facts;
A. At around 10:00 on October 12, 2013 and around 16:00 on the same day, the Defendant cut off eight of the total amount of butane gas of KRW 8,800 on October 14, 2013, the Defendant, at H convenience points operated by the victim C at the new wall door around October 14, 2013, with eight (13,600, the market price where the victim’s care was neglected was displayed therein, with eight (8) but with a portable butane gas of KRW 13,60, the victim owned.
3) At around 20:00 on October 15, 2013, the Defendant stolen the Defendant’s escape with four portable butane gas as a portable part of the market price displayed at a different place, where the wife’s care was neglected, located in the victim’s wife’s crepanion of the victim’s care. (4) around 21:20 on October 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the H convenience store operated by the said victim C; and (b) at the H convenience store operated by the said victim C, the gap of the victim’s care was displayed at another place, with four instances of portable butane gas owned by the victim’s 6,800 won at the market price where the victim’s care was displayed at another place.
5) On October 24, 2013, at the H convenience store operated by the above victim C around 03:49, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Defendant’s escape with four portable butane gases owned by the victim in an amount equivalent to KRW 6,800 at the market price where the victim’s neglect of care was displayed at a different place. (b) Violation of the Toxic Chemicals Control Act (Poisonous Chemicals) 1) around 16:10 on October 12, 2013.
