A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

On March 21, 2017, the Defendant driven a Class C cargo vehicle without a motor vehicle driver's license on the road of approximately 200 meters from the vicinity of the collection Saemaul Undong at Seopopo-si to the front of the recovery revolving the road in the same Dong from around 16:15 to the intersection in the same Dong.

On May 11, 2017, the Defendant driven a C Poter vehicle without a driver’s license in the section of about 3 km from around the 22:35 Jeju-si, the Dollletlet store located in the 3rd Doll, to the 401 Nowon-si, the same city street from around the 3km road.
