1.The judgment of the first instance shall be modified as follows:
The Defendants jointly do so to Plaintiff A, 409,990,879 won, and Plaintiff A.
Reasons
Defendant Taesan Integrated Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Taesan Integrated Construction Co., Ltd.”) subcontracted concrete building works to E among D New Construction Works in Seo-gu Daejeon Special Metropolitan City D (hereinafter “instant construction”). Plaintiff A worked as concrete building works from June 15, 2013 to the construction site of this case.
On July 6, 2013, around 10:28, 2013, one of the four parking lots (one log string “Astring”) located in the F-owned G concrete pumps (hereinafter “instant vehicle”) located at the instant construction site, was fooming the ground, and accordingly, the Plaintiff A’s head, who was connected with the boom booming booms, was deprived of the booming booming booming cost and carried out concrete stooming work.
