A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2018, the Defendant shall report on the job offer advertisements posted by a named “B” victim (hereinafter “C team leader”) at the Internet job seeking site, and shall give 1% of the amount remitted from the head of the C team to the account designated by him/her, and shall also pay the total amount of transportation expenses and food expenses, etc. in one month. It shall be accepted upon receipt of a proposal to the effect that “The amount of money remitted to the account designated by him/her by him/her shall be 4 million won.” The Defendant shall be able to accept the proposal to the effect that it shall be able to receive 300,000 won from the said victims by misrepresenting the employees of the financial company such as D, etc. to give loans by telephone to the victims and raising funds to the victims, and if the Defendant wishes to obtain the loan by means of money transfer to the account holder, then he/she shall use the borrowed funds to make a false loan to the public account and may request the public to withdraw funds from the account under the name of the victims by means of money transfer to the account holder.
