1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 1,50,00 for each of the Plaintiff A, and KRW 375,00 for each of the Plaintiff B and C, and each of the said KRW 76,615,593 for each of the Plaintiff B and C.

2. Occurrence of liability to pay mutual aid benefits;

A. The plaintiffs asserted that the accident of this case constitutes school safety accidents as stipulated in the School Safety Accident Compensation Act, and the defendant is obligated to pay the deduction benefits under the above Act to the plaintiffs.

C. Determination 1 of the School Safety Accident Compensation Act is enforced with the purpose of “the Act to prevent school accidents and to provide for matters necessary for the implementation of the school safety accident compensation mutual aid program to compensate students, school employees, and participants of educational activities promptly and promptly for the damages caused by school safety accidents.” The purpose of the mutual aid benefit under this Act differs from the general compensation system by not asking school teachers, employees, etc. for any negligence in relation to the occurrence of accidents at the level of social security, and providing compensation as prescribed by the Act. The former part of Article 2 subparag. 6 of the School Safety Accident Compensation Act is an accident that happens during educational activities and causes damage to the life or body of students, school employees, or participants of educational activities.
