A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 18:40 on November 2, 2014, the Defendant driven a GNFH car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.153% while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 2.4km from the roads of D’s house located in Gyeyang-gun C of Gyeonggi-do to the roads before “F” located in Gyeyang-gun E of Gyeonggi-do.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a GNFna car.

At around 18:40 on November 2, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.153% 0.153%, was driving the said vehicle at a speed that is difficult to drive in normal terms, such as the Defendant was driving the said vehicle and driving the vehicle at a speed that cannot be seen as red-dried-proof.
