Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, each of the above cases against the defendants for two years from the date of the final conclusion of the judgment.

Criminal facts
Defendants were employees of the “D Used Motor Vehicle Sales Company” in Seo-gu Incheon, and E decided to purchase used cars through the Defendants.
Defendants and E conspired to obtain loans under the name of E by deceiving the lending company by forging documents proving employment of E with knowledge that E is difficult to obtain loans due to lack of a certain occupation at the time.
1. On March 9, 2016, Defendants and E forged Private Document: (a) around the instant used vehicle trading market near the above used vehicle trading market; (b) Defendant B sent approximately KRW 300,000 to the names in cash and requested the forgery of documents related to E; (c) the names in the name in the name column, “E” in the name column, “F” in the resident registration number column, “F” in the position column, “F” in the position column, “F” and “F” in the present address column, “production department” and “after September 7, 2015 to March 9, 2016; and (d) the name in the column of the employment department, “the name in the name in the name in the name of the financial institution, “the name in the name in the name in the name in the name of the financial institution,” “H,” and “the name in the name in the name in the name in the name of the company in Gyeonggi-do,” “the name in the name in the name in the column of the company column.”
As a result, the Defendants and E forged a letter of commission contract for E in the name of H, a private document related to rights and duties, for the purpose of uttering.
2. On March 9, 2016, Defendants and E engaged in the instant investigation documents in collusion with each other, sent a forged commission contract certificate to employees belonging to the subordinate branch of Samsung C&T Co., Ltd., which was aware of the forgery, by facsimile as if the completion was duly achieved.
3. On March 9, 2016, Defendants and Defendants and E visit the above points and apply for household loans at the point of Samsung T&T in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and E and Defendant A.
