Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is operating a paid job placement business (tentatively referred to as a “C” in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City).

Any person who intends to conduct fee-charging job placement services shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, from April 2012 to February 27, 2013, the Defendant employed 2 of sing clubs (for example, D, etc.) without registering the fee-charging job placement service, and used sing clubs (for example, D, etc.) without the above registration, and used sing clubs (for example, the Defendant was waiting to enter a vehicle on the singular road located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and used the phone calls for sending to the singular tickets in entertainment clubs, such as the multiple unspecified number of music clubs in Bupyeong-gu, and operated by the Defendant, the Defendant was able to use the singular car car and to attract entertainment to the music clubs, and offered an occupation to attract entertainment to the customers, and thereafter, the Defendant raised the monthly average job placement service for 00,000 won from 1 hour to 50,000 won to 10,000 fee-charging women, and then, the Defendant raised the monthly average job placement service for 10,000.
