A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle B.

On July 9, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.206% on blood alcohol level on July 10:52, 2019, and continued the two-way alleyway of Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City from the d apartment room to the efficacy distance.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the time and time set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, driving a vehicle of about 500 meters of blood alcohol concentration of 0.206% under the influence of alcohol level from the roads near Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu to the side of the runway C in Incheon Gyeyang-gu.
