to the extent of the property inherited from the network G jointly with the Plaintiff, Co., Ltd., D, E, and F:

A. Defendant.

Facts of recognition

A. The Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund filed a lawsuit against D, E,F, and network G with Seoul Central District Court Decision 2009Da339207, Feb. 5, 2010, the said court rendered a judgment that "Co., Ltd. D, E, F, and Network G shall jointly and severally pay 100,877,624 won to the Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund as well as 97,304,533 won as 17% per annum from November 17, 1997 to February 15, 1998, and 25% per annum from the following following day until October 31, 1998, and 20% per annum as of October 31, 1998." The above judgment became final and conclusive at that time.

(b)The Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund shall, on September 27, 2012, be charged to the Korea Asset Management Corporation.

The claim was transferred to the claim of this subsection.

C. The above A.

The principal and interest of claims are KRW 319,185,748 as of October 31, 2019 (principal KRW 97,172,393). D.

The network G died on December 21, 2015. The Defendants are co-inheritors of the network G, and their shares of inheritance are three-sevens of Defendant A, Defendant B (Name in H), and C, respectively.

E. On April 14, 2016, with respect to the inheritance of the deceased G’s property, the Defendants’ report on qualified acceptance was accepted on April 14, 2016 as Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch 2016Mo231.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendants are obligated to pay 136,793,892 won and 41,645,311 won among them within the scope of the property inherited from the network G jointly with D, E, and F, as requested by the plaintiff, and to pay 12% interest per annum for 91,195,928 won and 27,763,541 won among them from November 1, 2019 to the day of full payment.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiffs' claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
