A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a cuss car in B.

1. On December 28, 2017, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.123% in blood at around 18:10 on December 28, 2017, and driven the said vehicle at a speed of about 50km per hour from the north-do 83-ro 1:52, the south-do 82-ro, the south-do 1:52-ro, the south-do 83-ro, the south-do Do 2-ro, the north-do west along the length of the court to the south-do west.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to drive normally due to influence of alcohol and neglected to do so at the front time while neglecting the traffic at the Defendant’s front time, and caused the Defendant to have the part behind the Defendant’s vehicle in front of Cuba, which was driven by the victim C while waiting in the front time of the signal at the Defendant’s front time, and caused the shock to have the part behind the FM5 vehicle driven by the victim E.

On December 28, 2017, the Defendant driven a coo vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling of about 0.123% from the 1km section of approximately 1km to a 83-ro 1, 1,52, from the road near the veterans center in the south of the 12-3 South Korea to the 1, 1,52-ro 83, 1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 1, 3, 2017, with the definition of a wooden city.
