Punishment of the crime

On June 20, 2013, at around 20:40, the Defendant driven B 500 meters of alcohol from the front of a restaurant in the trade name and aesthetic road located in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon to the Green-dong, with a alcohol level of 0.177%.
