A. The Plaintiff’s assertion 1) The appraisal was assessed as KRW 1,375,00 per square meter of the instant land. However, in the course of the appraisal, there was no transaction comparison assessment based on the annual land price change in the instant land and its neighboring land; the assessed value of the instant land divided from the instant land is 1,427,67 per square meter; although the Plaintiff requested a comparison assessment with the land price in the same area adjacent to the instant land, the Plaintiff did not present it as a comparative standard for the relevant land; and the Plaintiff’s compensation for the instant land should be increased by KRW 35,00,000 on the registry of the instant building; however, the Plaintiff’s compensation for the instant land is jointly owned by the Plaintiff, F, G, and H, the Plaintiff’s share should be paid to the Plaintiff, not the Plaintiff’s share in the entire building.
