Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On December 8, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years at the Cheongju District Court for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (refluence of drinking), and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 16th of the same month.

On August 1, 2016, around 19:40, the Defendant driven a B observer car without the driver’s license for a vehicle with approximately KRW 700 meters from the front of the Gu Office, from the front of the Gu Office, to the front of the Seoul Arts Center.
