Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a motor vehicle B.
On May 21, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 19:45, and stopped to the traffic at the two-lanes in front of the water office distance intersection in front of the D Company, which is located in Boe-si C, for the traffic signal at the front of the five-lane, but changed the course to the left.
