Reasons
Punishment of the crime

On June 21, 2010, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 3,00,000 from the victim’s agricultural bank account (D) as a loan for stock investment, and received KRW 3,00,000 from the victim’s agricultural bank account on June 21, 2010, and received KRW 381,846,631 in total under the same name as indicated in the attached list of crimes from June 21, 201 to May 17, 201.
