Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was issued a fine of KRW 700,000 on October 6, 2009, and a fine of KRW 1500,000 on December 6, 201, to the violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Sungwon District Court's Sung-nam branch.

On February 24, 2013, at around 21:44, the Defendant driven a knife vehicle B in the section of approximately 1.5 km from the beginning-gu in Gwangju City to the second half-gu in the same city, with a 0.05% alcohol content.
