1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties concerned Plaintiff A received medical treatment from the members of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu E Fan Council (hereinafter “Defendant Council member”) from May 111, 2012 to July 17, 2012, and received medical treatment from the Non-Party Fandog Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 63, from May 17, 2012 to April 2013.

Plaintiff

B is the spouse of the plaintiff A.

Defendant C is an intention to operate the Defendant Council member, and Defendant D is an intention to take charge of Plaintiff A’s medical treatment while serving in the Defendant Council member.

The defendant educational foundation is operating the defendant educational institute.

B.
