Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person operating “D” as a livestock product packaging business chain in Busan Northern-gu B World Trade Organization (C).

E is a police official who was on duty in the Busan Northern Police Station from February 19, 2014 to February 1, 2015, the investigation and investigation of the Busan Northern Police Station and F, the intelligence criminal investigation unit G of the Busan Regional Police Agency from February 2, 2015 to March 20, 2017, the intelligence criminal investigation unit G of the Busan Regional Police Agency from March 21, 2017 to May 12, 2019.

E worked for the investigation of the Busan Northern Police Station and the investigation of the F from February 19, 2014 to February 1, 2015, and was in charge of stamp investigation as a judicial police officer. From February 2, 2015 to March 20, 2017, the Busan Regional Police Agency and the Intelligent Criminal Investigation Team were in charge of stamp investigation into cases related to the Special Act on Intelligent, such as military affairs, cultural heritage, food, environment, general climate, and sexual traffic.

In particular, from around 2014 to 2016, E controlled or discovered violations against the so-called “livestock products distributors” among “unfassive food” classified as the so-called four major music together with related agencies such as the Busan Metropolitan Government Office, and investigated the case based on this.

2. On July 2014, the Defendant was investigated by the Busan Northern Police Station at the Busan Northern Police Station on charges of violating the Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act that he/she violated the matters to be observed by business operators, such as operating “D” and not keeping raw materials in custody. On November 3, 2014, the Defendant was sent to the Busan Northern District Prosecutors’ Office as a result of prosecution.

Since then, the defendant requested E to regulate or investigate livestock products in the future, and provided KRW 10,000 to E on July 12, 2015 at the request of E.

Accordingly, the defendant delivered a bribe to police officers E in relation to duties such as criminal investigation as judicial police officer.
