Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle of CM3.

On April 28, 2020, the Defendant driven the above car on April 14:45, 2020, and went to the Western Tol, Daejeon, which is located in the Daejeon Pungdong-gu, and entered the two-lane national highway road in front of the above Tolpt City into the Yung-si, the two-lane national highway road.

2. Around April 28, 2020, Defendant B driven a motor vehicle driver’s license in the section of about 50 km from the front of Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon to the location of the accident described in paragraph (1) without obtaining a motor vehicle driver’s license from around 14:45 on April 28, 2020.
