Criminal facts

On January 4, 2005, the defendant was sentenced to rape by Busan District Court for a year and six months, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on April 21 of the same year, and on March 30, 2006, the defendant was released on March 30, 2006 and completed the execution of the above punishment on May 28, 2006.
