The Defendant operated C main points in Busan Jin-gu B, Busan, without obtaining permission from the music copyright holder, from October 2014 to January 2015, the Defendant infringed upon music copyright, which is managed by the Korea Music Copyright Association entrusted by copyright holder, by singing singing-making, such as D writers and E music.
