Purport of claim and appeal

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiffs, as married couple, are the Plaintiff B, and the Plaintiff B is the Plaintiff’s husband and wife, and the H warehouse site 910 square meters adjacent to the Plaintiff’s I warehouse site (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s land”).
(2) The Plaintiff’s land is owned by the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff, along with the Plaintiff’s land, loaded the scrap metal, etc. collected on the Plaintiff’s land with the name of “J” and supplied it to the steel company. 2) The Plaintiff’s land is so-called master land, and the G road 1,254 square meters owned by the Republic of Korea (hereinafter “instant road”), which is owned by the Plaintiff’s land and public service, has a F-37 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”); a L 1,851 square meters owned by K; a L 1,851 square meters owned by K; and the Defendant operates a motor vehicle maintenance plant in the instant land, O, and P land.
The location and shape of each of the above lands shall be as shown in the cadastral map in the attached Form.
B. Around December 196, 1996, the designated party D prepared a written consent for land use so that Qua, the former owner of the Plaintiff’s land, may construct a warehouse building on the Plaintiff’s land in order to use the Plaintiff’s land as a passage leading to a contribution, among 1,795 square meters of P field 1,795 square meters of land and 14 square meters of F field 797 square meters of land before partition at the time of filing an application for a construction permit (hereinafter “existing approved land”).
P, 1,795 square meters prior to partition are divided into P,O, T, U, and F, F, 797 square meters prior to subdivision into F, V, and W, respectively, and the existing land subject to approval is now divided into P, T, and V.
(2) However, Q consulted with the selected party D to use part of the instant land as a passage through the instant road, instead of the land already approved from October 200, and used it as a passage through the Plaintiff’s land from the Plaintiff’s land to the instant road. This is the volume of “A” part of the instant land connecting each point of the attached Form 1 drawings in sequence 1, 2, 22, 21, 20, 20, 19, 19, and 57 square meters (breadth 3.5 square meters) and K.
