Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant shall not operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance as a holder of Bchip motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, on July 01, 2016, the Defendant was driving the said car that was not covered by mandatory insurance from the French land to the 246-1st road in Seocheon-si.
