At around 12:00 on January 28, 2013, the defendant suffered a dispute over the victim D and snowa in the Busan detention center located in the city of Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, but at the same time, the victim's face was left once, resulting in the injury that the victim's face was teared in the days of treatment.
