The defendant is running a general restaurant.

On May 18, 2014, at around 00:30, the Defendant, on the front report of a restaurant in Daegu Suwon-gu B, in which the Defendant managed, did not leave without permission any things that could obstruct traffic on the road, and operated a business with three red tables and nine red chairs, thereby interfering with the passage of many unspecified pedestrians.
