A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant from around 2010 to the victim C (n, 51 years of age), and the victim D(53 years of age) is the above C's proposal.
1. Intimidation: (a) on March 2017, when the Defendant was waiting for a victim before the Victim C’s House located in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, 2017, the Defendant reported the victim’s home to the extent that the said D was discharged from the victim’s home; (b) misleads the victim and the said D as inhumane relationship; (c) on the same day, around 15:00 on the Gelbur in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, 15:00 on the same day, carried the victim into Gelel with the victim; and (d) shows the victim “

2. On October 30, 2017, the Defendant forced the victim C to prepare a letter to the effect that “C and D from Jun. 2017 to Jun. 21, 2017, all acts were done inside the vehicle, and brought to Korea and D by means of a holder’s letter to recognize D and the unfolded fact.” The Defendant sent the victim a message to the victim around that time, saying “I would, if I would give the person’s letter, bring the two persons’ non-wheeled video on the H homepage where D is represented and spread it to his/her family,” and then, the victim made the statement to the effect that “I would recognize the non-wheeled relationship” to the victim and received the statement from the victim in the public playground located in Busan at the time of Gyeonggi-si on October 31, 2017 to October 13:00.
In this respect, the defendant threatened the victim to perform an act of non-performance of obligation.
3. On October 27, 2017, the Defendant, at around 13:30, at a foreign language university located in the king-si, the king population at the time of the Gyeonggi-do competition, the Defendant, at the king-si, to the victim D’s non-humanity relationship. The Defendant 20 million won by November 1, 2017.
