1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 52,042,50 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from January 30, 2013 to January 23, 2015; and (b) for the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Korea ABM Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea ABM”) is a company engaging in computer and its surrounding devices, and software wholesale business, and the Defendant is a domestic partnership of the U.S. Sixex, which is a manufacturer of a computer software program, specialized in the provision, maintenance, and repair of the manufacturing program of Sixxex.

B. Hyundai Home Shopping Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Mo home shopping”) guarantees integrity by continuously stimulatinging the same data on the DB cluster server of the home shopping server, and means that a user’s request may be distributed equally and efficiently. For B, the Defendant was entrusted with the maintenance and repair of the Defendant, using the “VERAS Storle Round Facshion” (hereinafter “VER”)’s product, which was the Defendant of the city computer company, while entrusting the Defendant with the management of the database server’s management of the home shopping database’s database server.
