1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 19, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Although the Plaintiff indicated the claim on June 24, 200 set the interest rate of KRW 40,000,000 to the Defendant on June 24, 200 as the annual interest rate of KRW 10% and the due date of payment on June 24, 2001, the Defendant did not receive the said loan interest and interest up to now.
Therefore, the Plaintiff seek the payment of the above KRW 40,000,000 and its delay damages to the Defendant.
