A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 19, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor or three years of suspension of execution for larceny at the Daegu District Court, and on January 8, 2009, the Incheon District Court was sentenced to three years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for robbery and injury by robbery and was released on June 29, 2012 and the parole period passed on December 14, 201 of the same year.

1. A thief: (a) the Defendant, who is difficult to repay the principal and interest of the loan from the lending company, entered a private teaching institute or a hospital office and stolen money and valuables; (b) around November 14:20, 201, the Defendant: (c) entered the patient atmosphere room in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City 3rd-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City 'D Hospital'; and (d) entered the patient atmosphere room in the address of the victim E who was under surveillance by neglecting surveillance; (d) one cash 6,000 won, identification card, credit card, etc., which is owned by the said victim; and (e) stolen the money and valuables exceeding 270,000 won in total, including the market price, 60,000 won in total, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, from around that time to March 4, 2013.
2. Fraud and attempted fraud in mind that the Defendant purchased and sold merchandise coupons using stolen credit cards as described in the preceding paragraph. On January 21, 2013, the Defendant purchased 80 copies of 10,000 won book and cultural merchandise coupons from the victim of the first floor of the F Building in Silung-si on the 13:56th day of January 21, 2013, and issued 10,000 won card from the victim as indicated in the annexed crime list 1 and No. 2, and issued it to the victim as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s card, and then received 80,000 won book and cultural merchandise coupons from the victim to February 6, 2013, and received 80,000 won in total from the market price of 30,000 won in the annexed crime list 2, No. 1,3,4,54, and then received 80,000 won in the above card.
