A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

On March 29, 200, the Defendant sentenced 1 year and 6 months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., in the Busan District Court's Dong Branch, and 1 year and 8 months to imprisonment for the same crime at the Busan District Court on December 18, 2002; 1 year and 6 months to imprisonment for the same crime at the same court on June 13, 2005; 3 years to imprisonment for the same crime at the same court on September 29, 2006; and 3 years to imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court on December 4, 2009; and completed the execution of the sentence at the Chungcheong Female Prison on October 13, 2012.

1. At around 17:00 on September 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the victim D’s “E” in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Busan Metropolitan City (Seoul) operation; (b) by dividing the victim’s talks with other customers and taking advantage of the gaps of surveillance negligence, the Defendant: (c) destroyed the victim’s walling 1, cash 517,000 won; and (d) 20,000 won for women’s use, consisting of KRW 20,000,000, for which the market price is as soon as possible in the margin.

2. On January 3, 2014, around 17:30 on January 3, 2014, the Defendant cut off “H” operated by the victim G in Young-gu, Busan, by dividing the victim’s “H” into other customers and making use of the gap in surveillance negligence, with five copies of credit cards, such as cash 150,000 won, new cards, and one sheet of resident registration certificate and driver’s license, and one 150,000 won, women’s examination color, which contain one sheet of each of the resident registration certificates and driver’s license.

3. At around 19:40 on December 18, 2013, the Defendant stolen KRW 100,000 in cash from the outer slot machine that the victim gets off from his/her own body by taking advantage of the cresh in which the victim gets out of his/her own body at the “K” clothes shop operated by the victim J in Busan-dong, Busan-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' articles three times as above.
