Of those, the conviction against Defendant A shall be reversed.

Reasons
1. Summary of grounds for appeal;
A. In full view of the evidence submitted by the prosecutor (as to the defendants), Defendant B, in collusion with H, is recognized as having inflicted injury on the victim’s body and shoulder by making it possible for the victim to have his body and shoulder damaged several times, in collusion with the defendant, who is an accomplice, and the defendant A also inflicted injury on the victim B by getting off a strong part of the victim’s hand with golf, which is a dangerous object.
Nevertheless, the judgment of the court below which acquitted the charged facts of this part is erroneous by misunderstanding the facts and affecting the conclusion of the judgment.
B.
