Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 20, 2020, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license of a motor vehicle around 18:40, driving B two-wheeled vehicle (a half-wheel 125ccck) at a section of about 1 k meters from the roads adjacent to the Young-gu common road in Gwangju Mine-gu to the front road of the Song Jong-gu Park Park as the regular manager of the Gu.
