1. Facts of recognition;

A. The forest survey report prepared during the Japanese occupation point period is written by the I, in around 1918, stating that the I, who had an address in J in the female-gun, 1, 7 parts of 1, 7 parts of 1, and 3, 7 of 1,000 G forest in the female-gun G (hereinafter “instant land”).

The land prior to the instant partition was part of the instant land: (a) 1,359 square meters prior to D, F,775 square meters prior to F, E prior to E, and 863 square meters prior to E (hereinafter “instant land”; and (b) 3 square meters prior to the instant partition, following the land restoration, division, registration conversion, area conversion, and administrative district alteration, etc.; and (c) the said land was part of the said land, including the said land.

C. On May 27, 1970 with respect to the land in this case, the registration of ownership preservation (hereinafter referred to as the "registration of ownership preservation") was completed with respect to each one-six shares in the name of J, K, L, M, N, andO on May 27, 1970, with respect to the shares of J on April 16, 1990, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of P was completed on the ground of inheritance due to the agreement division as of May 20, 1971. As to the shares of P on June 24, 200, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the ground of the successful bid as of May 24, 200 due to the voluntary auction as of May 24, 200. On December 11, 2007, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the defendant C was completed on October 1, 1980.

As to the land of this case 1, 3, the registration of the transfer of shares in the name of Defendant C was completed on December 27, 2007 due to the donation made on December 26, 2007. As to the land of this case 2, the registration of the transfer of shares in the name of Defendant C was completed on December 27, 2007 due to the donation made on December 26, 2007.

On October 25, 1942, I, a title holder of the land before the instant division, died on October 25, 1942, and Q, South-Nam solely inherited the property. On June 21, 1950, Q died and the Plaintiff inherited Q’s property solely.
