Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2, 2013, the Defendant received total of KRW 140,000 won, including KRW 15,000, and KRW 40,000, in the market price, even though he did not have any intent or ability to pay the cost of meals within two studio of “D Sing shop” located in the 1studio C underground of Busan, Busan, which was operated by the Victim B.
