Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Defendant A entered into a loan transaction agreement (hereinafter “instant loan transaction agreement”) with the Yecheon Livestock Cooperatives and the Yongcheon-gun Saemaul Savings Depository, respectively, on the terms and conditions as indicated below (hereinafter “instant loan transaction agreement”).

(4) On July 18, 1998, the amount of loans under the loan agreement of this case was increased to KRW 50,00,000 on July 18, 1998, and interest was also changed to KRW 16.5% on a yearly basis.
