Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 14, 2013, around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim D (year 43) at Albunter located in Busan Jin-gu Busan Metropolitan City C Apartment on the ground that the victim performed satisfying funeral in his/her own adjacent part; (b) took the victim’s body in his/her hand beyond the victim’s body, and caused the victim’s injury to the victim for approximately 28 days of medical treatment.
