Description of Claim

On July 6, 2006, the Plaintiff entered into a pre-sale agreement with the Defendant for sale of each real estate listed in the separate sheet with the purchase price of KRW 160,00,000, and completed the provisional registration of the right to claim ownership transfer stated in paragraph (1) of this Article.
